Our Legacy

Founded In 1986.Still Rolling In Venice.

Bicycles International began in 1986 with founder Heinz Manig and a deep belief that cycling could build health, confidence, and community. The shop grew into a South Venice fixture for riders who wanted real service, trusted gear, and people who knew the local roads.

In 2014, Wesley and Darlene Culpepper took over the handlebars. Since then, they have carried the same rider-first spirit into a new era: bigger community rides, expanded service, and a move into the larger 1752 Tamiami Trail S home.
